Ace Heating and Air (Abe Duarte) disconnected the compressor contactor control wire during ambient temperatures of over 100 degrees to an elderly lady whom was just released from the hospital, said the unit was leaking freon and took a 14,900.00 loan on her house to replace a unit that needed to defrost.
