From the consultation appointment to installation and being on the grid - the service was impeccable. Being they are a smaller company, anytime you call a person answers and your questions is answered by a knowledgeable employee. We were kept up to date every step of the way and feel safe being that they have been around since the 70's. A great warranty and no subcontractors sealed the deal for us! My appointment was scheduled on Sept 5, 2014 at 8:00pm. I took off work 2 hours early so I could meet with your representative. I got a phone call from some lady at 7:00pm on the 5th. She said a salesman would be here at 8:00pm. She said my wife also needed to be present. I told her I wasn't married and I was the sole owner of my house. She said she had to check with somebody and would call me back which she never did. What kind of business do you operate? I am very disappointed with your company. Maybe you have WAY TO MUCH BUSINESS and don't need mine? I was looking at a 9 - 12 kw system which I was told would be in the neighborhood of $30,000.00.They called me back and said they were very sorry and would like to set up another appointment. I decided to give them another try. They made a special appointment for me on Sunday 9-7-2014 at 10:00am saying you will really be impressed with what our company has to offer. My PG&E electric bill went from $180 a month down to around $10. The entire process went fairly easily and they helped out with all of the rebate paperwork. Everything from the contract to the financing, to the installation and final start up went exactly as promised. We have already recommended this company to our neighbors and two are moving forward with solar on their homes with Future. Good company. *2/6/2013 via Direct* --- **mrwelds** - 3/5 > Solar is a great investment.Future energy savers were quick and the install , but they said if any of my roof tiles broke they would fix them. " we have that color back at the shop, we will replace broken ones" they just siliconed the cracked tiles. There was a lot too. And also the sales man told me that we would get 30% back on taxes and that was nothing near what it was. They also said they would file the Edison rebate for us and we were going to be "locked in" and they fail to do so. 6 months after install we recived a letter that Edison's rebate went down in value and we needed to sign a paper. We did months later we received another one. Its been a year and still no rebate. I called today they took my number and were going to call right back. It didn't happen. Other than that I can monitor my solar online with enphase. So the did hook up an excellent product. Who knows it could of been the sales man that lied to me.
