> For store #Y305184Ticket * 369610/8/2009Order taken 8:05 PMCorrect order received 9:00 PMI ordered the 10 piece combo from an employee named Erik.  When I asked for the extra crispy chicken option, he said they were completely out of them so I ordered the regular chicken instead.  Afterwards, another customer came in about 5 minutes later and he offered and gave that customer the extra crispy chicken even though he had just told me that that option was completely out.  After waiting 30 minutes for my order, he came to give me my order, but when he gave it to me, he said that he had given me 2 extra crispy, 2 regular and grilled chicken for the remainder.  When I asked for him to correct it so that it was all regular, it took another 30 minutes before I got my order.Problems with this:-Erik told me the extra crispy option was not available but then offered it to the next customer who came in about 5 minutes later.  This just means that the extra crispy option was in fact available, but it was going to take some time to cook it.  Erik should have instead told me that it would take time to cook it instead of telling me that it was no longer an option because I was forced to believe that I would have to settle for another option.  This also implies to me that he and the team did not want to have to cook another order which is unacceptable laziness!-Erik personally modified my order without asking.  This is completely unacceptable!  If the order will take longer than usual, the employee should tell the customer how much longer it will take; he or she most definitely should not be allowed to make the decision as to how the order will be modified to meet the 10 piece count.
