Brian got the suspension reduced from a year to a month, plus 5 months restricted to driving for work related activities. The field breathalizer test result was .09, the drawn blood result was .10 - both results were over the legal limit. Somehow Brian managed to get the charges reduced to wet and reckless. I never had to appear in any court, and he kept me informed every step along the way. The money that I saved from the lower fine and lower insurance costs, due to the reduced conviction, more than covers his legal fee.
