> While advertising a 2 for 1 Chain promotion I took a Chain for a 36" Bar which the mechanic rolled out the Chain made up the 2 Chain's and left the store.  I returned a few months later and confronted one of the owners who told me I owed $69.00 for the additional Chain because the Advertisement was for a 24" Chain only.  I happen to have the Nickle Paper which had the original Ad that didn't have any "length" specified.  I went to leave the store & this jerk threatened me to call the cops.  I left the store & have never returned!

> I know the business from being a former employee there, and they were a great company to work for.  The owners always past on the savings to the customers and looked out for the employees family's.  For a business with such high risk of loosing profit and stress, they really did all they could to communicate with the customers about the units being repaired, but some customers just didn't see the overall picture and blamed the company,  for there own personal lack of maintenance on equipment they brought in.  A good family owned and run business.

> Take you stuff somewhere else if you want to use it this year.  I brought in a mower and it took three weeks to get it back and all they did was put new blades on it.   I thought I would give them another  chance and the same thing, we are on day 9 and nothing yet.  If you question why it is taking so long he gets rude.  Take it somewhere else.
