My car was hit on the side. I had never used their service before, so I figured one place is as good as the next. I was wrong. They had the car about a month longer than was quoted to begin with. So when we got the call to come get it we were ready. It took us very little time to realize that not only did the air blow past the windows and into the car, with the windows up. But the back door would not open. They told me that it was from a dead battery in the remote door lock switch that was on my key ring. Needless to say, that had to be one of the lamest excuses for an inability to do ones job that I had ever heard. I took it back the next day. This time he said that nothing was wrong with it. I took him for a ride so he could hear for himself as the wind would blow into the car. He had to agree after hearing for himself. So he said he would fix it. When we got bact to his shop, he was unable to get out of the car because the door refused to open. That was funny. He said he would fix that also. Two weeks after that we had to call him to find out about the car. Like what's up? Are you done with it yet? They acted as though they had no idea what I was talking about. Then about a half hour later they finally had to say Oh yea... At this point I was in want of his blood on my hands. Then to top it off. Once we got the car back, nothing had changed. I told the insurance company that was paying for it that they would be fools to pay anything to them. I'm sure that the whole idea was to frustrate me into just giving up. My only guess is that they have no idea of how to fix a car, so they just sucker people out of there hard earned money. My rating of this business is minus all stars. I had to click on a star for the rating to appear on the site.
