> Customer service 100%Fixed my lawn mower in a timely matter with the right priceI've had to bring my in-warranty Troy Built trimmer for repair twice now over the past 2 years. The first time they couldn't fix it and they did all of the work getting me the authorization to have it replaced at Lowe's. That new one went out 1 year and 11 months later and was repaired by them under warranty. They seem to be good honest people there and very helpful.

> Beware of this place. I took a newer lawn mower there for a simple fuel problem and asked they keep the bill cheap. When they got done they had tuned up the mower, changed the oil and sharpened the blade and other unrelated work just to jack up the bill. When I complained nothing was done and I was basically told to pay it if I needed the mower back.
