> My tenant called complaining about their swamp cooler not working, some outlets not working and some other things. I found Oscar with Master Electric on craigslist and he was a dream. He contacted the tenant, set up a time with them, went over and then called me to go over everything. It was a great deal! Some of these hacks charge less but then add all kinds of extras or do the job at a snail's pace - not Oscar! He was fast, thorough and kept my tenants happy without taking a huge chunk out of my pocketbook. I will use Oscar with Master Electric for all my repairs and refer him to everyone I know! I am so glad I could finally find someone who is professional, answers his phone and shows up.
