He clearly explains what the problem is and what he could do to fix it. His expertise completely solved the problem I was having. The follow-up visits were done on time and with much affirmation to my efforts to follow the post-op directions. After years of fighting sinus infection, migraines and seeing allergist, neurologist to get no help I finally found someone who figured out what was happening in the matter of a few hours. I had surgery and migraines from acute sinusitis are gone! He also discovered that because of the chronic sinus issues it was impacting my immune system. Today I rarely get a sinus infection. He has given me my actions to handle majority of actions to help myself, however, he’s always available should I need additional help. I’ve suffered sinus issues all my life, take a relief I’ve nw got someone in my corner really helping me. The ER and CT scan showed the septum was deviated. The local ENT would not even examine him. Working thru the VA, all the ENT in Oregon would not except patients or were booked up for months. I called Dr Domb's office and they got him in within two weeks. He did the surgery 2 months later and it was fantastic. He called or texted every day the first week and answered all our questions. His staff has been wonderful and helpful. It was worth the 300 mile drive to get such a great doctor and person. The surgery went great. Dr. Domb was excellent along with his whole staff. He called to check on my son almost everyday for a week and even a couple of times weeks out. I was also referred to Dr. Domb after getting sick and becoming disabled 8 months prior to my visit. I was referred to him only as a process of seeing every specialist there is when they don't know what's wrong. This includes me seeing neurologists down at UCSF. He diagnosed me and encouraged me to speak to my neurologist on what medicine I should be taking instead of what I was currently taking. Nine months out I finally have a diagnosis and the new meds he advised are helping me get my life back.
