I have never had a negative experience.  I have never had to wait too long for service.  The parking lot is shared with the movie theater, but they have designated parking for restaurant only. I strongly recommend this place. First off the parking lot was full, no place to park because the RUN THRU Redlands event was taking place, well we walked in were seated very quickly and started serving from the buffet, well we sat at our table for about 15 minutes eating and not a single waiter or hostess asked us for our drink order, nobody took our dirty dishes, we had to put them ourselves on the empty table behind us, 30 minutes later we were asked if anyone took our drink order by the hostess and she annoyingly took our order, when she came back with our drink order she ignored the dirty plates we had on our table, so we continued to stack them on the table behind us. Meanwhile not one or two but FIVE other servers ran and rushed and helped the very annoyingly loud group of people that were seated out on the patio from the run thru redlands event, most of the group was children, and i personally thought it was really disgusting that they all came in sweaty and stinky from the run they participated in, I went to eat and be served in a nice atmosphere not a stinky boys locker room. we even had to ask for our bill which suddenly the waiter appeared out of nowher to get because he thought we were trying to dine and dash since i had to ask the hostess for the bill at the front of the restaurant.
