M\.** - 1/5 > This is without a doubt the WORST company in terms of tech support and customer service. There is absolutely no way to reach a person and discuss your problem. It's like being in the "Twilight Zone" because no matter how you go through their prompt you cannot submit an issue or reach anyone by any means. Most disgraceful operation I have EVER dealt with and I'm a senior citizen! I will dispute my Pogo membership to get a refund. I've been on Pogo for over 15 years and this is how they treat a long time paying customer. OUTRAGEOUS!!!!
