Now I'll know from experience how it feels and how it is to be sedated and have an extraction, and not to brag but I had the best dental group taking care of me :). At first I felt nervous but excited at the same time cuz I had only seen it be done but never had anything like that done to me. I was very curious on how it was going to feel to be under general anesthetic; was I going to hear anything or remember anything. The moment finally came and as they sat me down I felt safe, secure, and relaxed. They slowly placed the anesthesia and the room started to move around a bit and I remember the last thing I said was "this feels cool" then.... I open my eyes and I'm in a completely different room. I hear Halimi(RDA) tell me that everything is okay and that they're all done. Wow.....that was soo quick. This was a really good experience cuz now I know what the patients should expect, what they could do, what they'll feel, and a lot more. Overall I rate this dental office, dental team, and experience a 10+. They had a great attitude they treated me with respect and kindness. I got all the information I needed before the surgery including videos and written instructions. All my questions got answered they told me what to do and what not to do. One thing I really liked was that they showed their concern for me by checkin up on my condition and any concerns I might have a couple of times by phone and email. I'm a real scardey cat at any dentist or medical office, but he totally put me at ease when I had my wisdom teeth taken out. I went to another office close by and I just didn't get that same feeling that I got when I met Dr. Ready. Apparently, he just not a dentist, but has a medical degree too.
