Posted by ehami74 on 08/31/2009Right from the first phone call, i was calling in for what i thought was a quick question, i was really impressed with the patience and not to mention the 40 minutes they spent on the phone giving me TONS of info. i was new to all this legal stuff, and also in dealing with small claims !! so it was a surprise to me that this company dedicated this time and info when i hadnt even contrated them for my needs yet. I did end up hiring SWIFT, of course, to help out with my legal needs. They served Mr. X with court hearing papers, also served a couple bank levy's, and even helped with putting a lean on his house. My case had alrady been lagging for 7 months and felt like i would get no where in the end. I was dealing with an order of execution, and i had no idea what the heck i was supposed to do...what questions to ask?? what to say?? or what NOT to say?? Swift provided me with a packet of like 100 questions that i was just to hand over to mr. X and have him fill that out....simple enough for me, but i thought, oh no!! this is going to take forever to wait and have it filled out...well, i sure am glad i had that packet!! turned out mr. X refused to fill it out, and when the judge heard of this, he was livid !!! he went off saying what do you mean you refuse??!! like it or not, you HAVE to fill that out!!! i just sat back, smiled, and thought to myself, thanks swift!! you were right about the packet!! tedious and long, but totally worth having it. so all in all, i was EXTREMELY satisfied with all my help from SWIFT. I was compensated 100% in the end from mr. X , which was definately extra points for SWIFT !! i would definately return for service to SWIFT, although i'd much rather not NEED any legal services !! Haha !! And i would also deifinately recommend this company to anyone i need of legal services provided by SWIFT. Way to go SWIFT !! Thanks a bunch !!
