I thought everything was ok, the guy was nice, they were open on Monday, and the service to change the rear tire on my 01 R6 was quick. Too quick it would seemWhen I left, I noticed that the rear break was a little weird, but I chalked it up to the pads re-seating on the rotor. I rode a few times and felt it getting worse so pulled over to check on my last ride. Turns out I was missing the inside break pad and the caliper had ground into my rotor. I immediately called CT and told them my issue. their reply was \"I don't take the caliper off when I change the tire.\" I wonder how they take the wheel of the bike then? Anyways, they would do nothing to remedy the problem, told me it wasn't their fault, and \"I don't know what to tell you...\" I could have been killed while out riding due to this problem, and they did not want to own one shred of responsibility. He's easy to talk with, extremely knowledgeable (beyond mere tires), conscientious, meticulous, fair, honest and humble. I was in and out in 20 min.  I picked up a bolt on my 05' R6.  Got it plugged, then started losing air lane splitting the 101 in morning rush hr.  scared the *** out of me.  His selection was great, had my exact match in stock and knocked it out in no time.  I say highly recommended.  I plan on going back for brakes and my next set. Usually I do everything myself cause I don't trust them.  But Chris is a pretty down to earth guy, and he rides!
