I get to my location & I'm waiting for about 15 minutes before calling back. The man says "we only send people out when you're at your location" so I ask why wasn't I told this the first time I called. I could've called another service. He tells me 15-20 minutes. 22 minutes go by before I called again & this unprofessional man tells me he doesn't have that many drivers, not my problem when I called before hand & again. He hung up on me after I brought all the facts to his attention about having to wait. I call back & cuss him out. I waited over 40 minutes for a taxi service & ended up taking the bus. Stay away if you don't want a bad experience like this. I'm not sure how you run a successful business being unprofessional as that jerk is.
