> Yesterday my daughter and I entered the Rialto Renaissance America Best to pick up my prescription glasses that I ordered and paid for a week earlier. When we arrived we were greeted by a young lady. After trying on my glasses I informed to young lady my glasses needs to be adjusted.  Another lady came out from no-where and inserted herself in our conversation and stated, “We cannot adjust your glasses, unless you purchased your glasses here.” She was informed that in fact I did purchase my prescription glasses at this particular store and we arrived to pick them up.  For some reason she felt the need to jump into a conversation that she was not a part of. I took offense to her unwelcomed comment.  She assumed I would walk into the Rialto Renaissance America Best and ask for my prescription glasses to be adjusted. She showed a lack of professionalism to make an assumption without knowing the facts.  Next of all, she voiced a comments without listening to the conversation before she respond negatively. If she would have listened to what the young lady was saying she would have known I purchased my prescription glasses there. She had no respect and her comment was uncalled for. I have been going to Rialto Renaissance America Best for the past three years for my prescription glasses. I will not be supporting the store anymore.  She needs to be training in Customer Services. She was a turn off for me. If I did not have respect for my daughter I would have gave her the same energy back (Unprofessional). I'm very disappointed. she did not apologize either.
