> Great staff. Aaron (manager)  sets the tone for a really helpful experience. All the frustrations of any cell store are there (long wait, extra selling of insurance, etc) but the staff is really easy and friendly to speak with. When you leave, you got what you wanted and you feel great. They also reversed the $36 activation fee on my new phone, which is real money and much appreciated.
