The Electrician was very nice, and made sure that everything affected by my power going out was working properly when he left. He gave me a good hourly rate and then on the next day the staff called to make sure everything was still working properly. I got in touch with Francine at B&B explained my situation she was Wonderful to talk to. I went from feeling panic to serene because I knew I was going to be alright. She got me on the phone with Bob who got one of his guys out there. It turns out that I did not need a panel replaced. My problem was a short somewhere in the house. The electrician fixed it for under 200.00 after the job was done I got a call from Judy from B&B to make sure everything was ok. I thank God there's still people like the staff at B&B that care for their customers. The work was not done according to the estimated time given, which was extremely disappointing. We were promised that it would be done several times, but the date was continually pushed back and we felt that our home was not a priority. Many days the crew did not even show up. The workmanship was also sub-par. The crew did not clean up their messes, damaged the walls, damaged a light fixture that we purchased, and even damaged a kitchen cabinet. What was even more disappointing was that they were not up front with all of the damages. Finally, they had poor customer relations and were not friendly. One electrician constantly complained to me about what a pain the lights I had chosen were to install. It was extremely inappropriate. Communication was almost nonexistent and very poor, and my husband and I felt like we had to babysit them when they worked on the house.
