I went about a month ago and fell in love with two dresses in the books they have so they told me I could order both and pick the one I want and only pay for one and in payments, so I thought "wow this is great" it was about three weeks and I hadn't heard anything so I went to the store and the lady told me it would come in on Friday so I made another payment. Friday afternoon came and they called me told me they shipped the dresses to the wrong store and it would come in on Monday, so I called Monday and they told me to call Tuesday after 3, so I did and it ends up they don't have any of the dresses. One is sold out and the other is a size bigger but they don't even have it in the store. Point being is they suck at keeping you updated on your dress, they continued to take my money, and I now have two weeks to find a prom dress thanks to them when I went about a month ago. I really hope when I go tomorrow they give me my money back without a problem. Don't go at all. The alterations to the dress were terrible and they tried to say it was just the fit of the dress. After many conversations they finally agreed to order a second dress to check for manufacturer defects. Sure enough second dress was perfect! I ordered a dress for my Senior ball which is June 1st a month before. They immediately took my money once I ordered the dress. I started to get worried after two weeks of not receiving the dress. They never notified me that the dress had not came in time. Their service is horrible. No one answers the phone or responds back to the emails.
