> This place is horrible. I called yesterday to ask if they could do an inspection on a car I just purchased and Shane said sure it would be $75 and it takes two hours. Made an appointment for 8 am the next morning. Got there at 8 this morning and Shane wasn't there, so the guy who checked me in said Shane will call me in about an hour with an update. At 11:30 I called to check the status and Shane was acting like I was irritating him by checking on my car. i asked him when we it be done and said it will be done when they get to it, and hopefully it's today. I told him that's not acceptable and he said well that's what it is. I told him I'll come and get my car. I went and got it and now it shakes and make weird noises. If you have a BMW I would definitely suggest not taking it there.
