We took my dog into them this morning at 11:30 and they told us she would be done around 3:30. Well we called back and they said she hadn't gone in yet. I am thinking we should have gone over there to pick her up and taken her somewhere else to get groomed a little better. She is a cockapoo and needs to be groomed very carefully. I am vety upset on what they did. They groomed off all of her hair and now when she goes outside she could get sunburned. We plan on calling them to complain but I don't think that will do much good. But I am for sure going to let all of my friends know to not take their dogs there!!!! I sure hope my dog will be ok after this terrible haircut. She must have been scared and plus they had her in a cage for so long which makes me even more upset. He was half trimmed and to be honest looked worse than when we dropped him off. When I called to complain I was told he was unruly even though he's become fairy familar with the ladies on staff since he's been going there for almost a year!
