> I have a five year warranty and after a year in a half my roof leaked and when I called the roof doctor told me he would send his son Billy to patch up the leak.  Instead his son Billy told me to sue his dad and find somebody else to fix my roof and he doesn't care about any contract they are not going to honor the warranty.

> When you drive around in a company vehicle, you represent that company.  This grumpy old man was trying to assault a driver in which he cut off, nearly hitting. His behavior was unprofessional and I would not want someone like that working on my house.
