Today I went down to pick up a thermal fuse that should be no more than 1.50 cents and these people charged me 11.06 . Because I'm an a Electrician I knew they were robbing me but I'm doing this your all you who don't know. If they are willing to cheat on a 1.00 fuse then you can only imagine what they will do on anything else. I found one at Speedy Appliance for 1.75 just to prove my point. They didn't even acknowledge us for 20 minutes. I went up to them and asked if anybody actually worked there. The customer service is the only reason we did not buy from them. My wife even made the comment that I work hard for my money and I shouldn't give it to a company that doesn't care for their customers. Will not be back.
