Sometimes emergencies will preclude a regular appointment, but that should not deter a person from utilizing their services.  My dog, less than 2 years old, received very good care pre-, post- and during his surgery for a cataract in his right eye.  Thanks to Dr. Linton's care and innovative procedure, he can see again and will not have to be blind for life. As the staff and doctor herself arrived they acknowledged us but left us to stand out in the cold at least 10 minutes after our appointment time. We were the first appointment of the day. When we were finally allowed to enter we were told they had to have a staff meeting first and then they would help us. After that we were ignored. We finally just left at about 25 minutes after our scheduled appointment. My husband took off work for this. The drive to the office was a 40 minute commute through traffic. We were looking forward to helping our dog see again. This was the pro-op visit just before surgery. They lost about a $4,000.00 patient.","rating":1,"date_published":"2007-01-03"}]}
