> They forgot a caregory...friendliness.I interviewed 6 roofing companies when we decided to replace our roof. All were capable, and price ranged from low to ridiculously expensive. We chose DC Williams for a few reasons. First, he wasn't the lowest or highest, and his price seemed reasonable based on the job. He didn't try to dazzle us with freebies or unrealistic promises. Second, he was totally friendly and professional, an actual real person who was knowledgeable and could back up what he told us with references and examples. Finally, his customer service was off the charts. His recommendations for materials were great. He made us feel like old friends, and answered our questions truthfully and confidently.I feel like we've made a new friend,  and his work ain't half bad, either. I highly recommend Dennis Williams.
