> The folks at Rocklin Enterprise really Rock.  Kudos to Rob/Katie/DJ and the others.  They go out of their way to make sure you have an excellent experience.  When I rent, I prefer hatchbacks, and while I understand they can't guarantee this, 9 times out 10, I have a hatchback.  In one instance, when they didn't have a hatchback available, about 15 minutes later after I left the lot, I received a call from Katie who was able to locate one and wanted to know if I wanted to come back and switch.  Who does this type of service today, very few companies.  Thanks Rocklin Enterprise!
