Our bill was higher than it would have been if we didn't have them.Bernie *7/3/2018 via Direct* --- **El M\.** - 1/5 > I was taken aback by the rude attitude of the representative who visited my house to solicit this service recently so I decided to do some research and now I am so happy that I trusted my gut instinct and turned his offer down! He straight told me that he was a partner with pg&e and had a bunch of paperwork in a binder yet when I asked him if I can have a copy of his flyer to look over he dodged it and got visibly angry as I continued to grow suspicious. He also said very rude things such as that if I obviously don't have the mental capacity to understand how his service will benefit me and that he has 200 houses to visit and doesn't want me to waste his time. However he was the one talking and I was definitely doing anything but keeping him on my doorstep. I am standing in my house clothes with my two little kids trying to get this angry rude, and frankly scary, strange man off my step and I didn't know what the heck was going on. He finally left and honestly I am worried to ever open my door again, usually I've had only the nicest people come door-to-door here so it was crazy! We support Renewable Energy and Encourage it. Greenwave also gave us a guaranteed lower gas rate. So now for Electric and Gas PGE can't jack up the rates they can only charge us for delivery. Hopefully every city will eventually have their own utility like Palo Alto CA. We live in South San Francisco, and use our heat a lot. We are grateful Greenwave came to our house because winter is coming and Spark was charging us $1.49/therm and greenwave lowered it down to under $0.50/therm. Cut our rates into a 3rd, Beware of the gas suppliers from Texas they are on high variable rates, Greenwave is a local Supplier based in northern california and is a Green Company. Now that Greenwave started on our bill we don't have to worry about keeping our house warm. But this company seemed different than most. Not pushy, yet very informative. I respect that now the carbon footprint of my house will be offsetted with these renewable energy projects. Greenwave Guarantees my procurement cost will be no less than 5% below what PG&E buys there therms at which is a great offer. I got the summer promotion so I saved 20% on my gas portion of my PG&E. It feels good to enroll in a program that helps the environment. They also planted a tree for me! It's good to go Green!
