> Agree with Patricia W. We too experienced questionable services and provider behavior that was less than stellar. Research your dental care provider carefully. Lastly, Dr. Huynh's AKA is Lora H. Costa as listed by the Dental Board of California.

> Avoid her like the plague!They charge for things that are supposed to be included in your dental insurance.  Instead of cleaning my teeth which was covered, they charged me $400.00 for a deep cleaning.  They don't bill the insurance company, they just make up a charge and you have to pay it before you leave.
