They over charged me rent and utilties and refused to recalculate how they came up with the amount and charged me utilities twice. Beware and look elsewhere. The bar across the street can be heard throughout all the trailers every Friday and Saturday night.I paid rent on time, all the time and left the trailer absolutely SPOTLESS when I left and provided soap, broom, and cleaning supplies for next tenant as well as gave Cleo my ironing board....but I will not be getting my $400 deposit back because I asked Cleo to recalculate my rent/utilities amount for March. Rent is $440 a month and my utilites she said \"from Jan to Feb\" were $84. I left on the 12th of March and my rent was SUPPOSED TO BE prorated. $440/31 days in March= $14.19     $14.19x12 days stayed=  $170.32 $170.32+$84 utilities jan-feb= $254.32......So can anyone tell me why I was charged $290 for rent/utilities for the month of March? AND I PAID another $64 out of my deposit for \"March utilities\". HOW did I end up paying $354 for March rent when I only stayed 12 days?? Not even half the month?? They refuse to say...but Cleo did state \"I know I calculated it right\".....you just can't argue with ignorance like that.Tried asking Cleo. She refused to recalcuate. All she would say is \"I faxed the owner the information\". Sounds like Cleo knows she miscalculated and over charged me. You work hard for your money. Don't let these crooks take more than they deserve. There are several other trailer parks near by, go there.","rating":1,"date_published":"2013-25-03"}]}
