The office staff is knowlegable, but if they don't know the answer to, I am able to talk to the owner/operator on the spot, or I get a call back the same day.We've only been there once, but this is not Bright Start's fault, as things were complicated by my insurance. Also, my son loves the toys there & his therapist is very helpful in getting him to participate.","rating":5,"date_published":"2010-22-09"}]}
