> I bought a used Trail Manor on 2/6/2012.  Not only was the price competive with the private party sellers, but I could not be happier with the people and service.  My trailer was ready to go campnig the second I left and they held true to every commitment they made over the phone.  The service department repacked the bearings, steam cleaned the interior, filled the propane tanks and charged the batteries while still giving me plenty of time to get home.  If I didn't live so far away (Ventura County) I would use them for all of my parts and service requirements.  Ask for Andrew in the sales department.  He did an outstanding job and never put any pressure on me as a buyer.  I could not be happier with the sales and service departments at this dealership.       GaryCL

> They've sold us two defective trailers. The first one had the wheels shear off after 30 miles. They replaced that one and now this one has frame and axle problems to the extent that the brakes and tires burned up. They give you the run around when trying to get information as to what they're going to do. Constantly pointing fingers at each other. If you take your trailer in for repairs, expect 2 months before you get it back. And then you'll find that not only did they not fix the first repair properly, but they've created another one!! Sold us inappropriate weight hitch and anti-sway bar for our trailer. Owner always says they'll "make it right" but are slow to do that. Our son has had similar problems with his trailer. Do not recommend a purchase from this dealer.
