> Their housing department is great and the utilities. Friendly staff, helpful, especially Esmerita Rivera who is bilingual. The city has great rebate programs and offers free paint vouchers to qualifying families through the neighborhood beautification program. There are many programs and the building indoor and outdoor is great also.
