Why?   Because they use only fresh fish.  And, they don't cover it in greasy heavy breading.  The delicious fish is just dipped in light bread crumbs.  The prawn taco's are heavenly.  They are encased in flour tortillas and are highlighted by Fin's delicious Caribbean Coleslaw. Caribbean Coleslaw is light and tasty unlike coleslaw that contains mayonnaise. The problem with Fin's is that I have so many favorites I have a hard time making up my mind.  I love the Swordfish sandwich - but it's hard to decide when Halibut is in season.  The variety of fresh fish is amazing!  If you like fresh seafood, Fin's is the place to go!","rating":5,"date_published":"2009-28-11"}]}
