> I workout here with my trainer Joey, who is the best coach I've ever had. He's very motivating and pushes you to help you achieve your goal.  He's more about burning fat by lifting lighter with more reps as well as cardio.  I also love that we can use the punching bags; that's probably my favorite part. If you need a fitness coach that will help and inspire you, please look him up!
