I gave birth to both my boys here, and the staff was absolutely incredible. I love that every family has their own room for delivery and recovery. My son was hospitalized last year at 4 years of age for a respiratory problem, and the staff tended to him like he was their own. They had volunteers come around with games, toys and stuffed animals for him to play with and keep. Especially the convenience of going to one site for all your healthcare needs, medical care, pharmacy, lab, health counselors. The staff on all levels is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. My elderly father, who is not a Kaiser member, encountered health issues when visiting from out of state. Kaiser went above and beyond in bringing his situation under control and returning him to good health.
