Almost ordered online and then remembered the issue with this recliner that is high-dollar-uncomfortable . . . and went in to the La-Z-Boy on Sunrise. Beautiful furnishings, well displayed yet sort of overwhelming because I failed to bring the recliner style name that I was sure was the ONE for me. One chair looked very much like it and I sat down. Hmmm, not feeling it really so it must be the wrong one. Stood up and my back issue sharply revealed that was not even close to the right chair. Sat in a nice looking recliner and it was great. Grandchildren were active, three of them trying out chairs, when Justin pleasantly inquired, "Could I assist you?" Great timing, sincere tone and polite presence - I would have left the store without looking further. Justin proved to be an excellent asset to the store and certainly was assistive to me. I was happy to purchase the right chair on a sale with a faster delivery than thought. Justin was patient with my end table search, picky as I was, and later was prompt in helping me to cancel the end table that would not fit my small space. Wonderful experience due to a excellent salesperson, and the right piece of furniture due to Justin's service. We recently when in shopping for new sofas but the quote was almost $8000 for the latest and greatest sofa thus the 4 stars.
