> I had gotten a mailbox rental for a week but it ended up that I didn't need it at all,  I had no mail coming in. I went back to to get a refund and all I got back was a $5 deposit on the key.  I never got back the $15 security deposit or the initial payment for the mailbox. I am extremely disappointed for paying so much, to get jipped even on the security deposit. For that matter,  I could have went to the post office itself, I could have gotten a $35 PO BOX rental for 6 months. Compared to a 3 month rental costing upwards to $70. It just shows, I won't come back anytime soon. WHAT'S THE POINT OF PAYING A SECURITY DEPOSIT IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET THAT BACK.
