> Helped me immensely when Best Buy erased my entire hard drive and told me it could not be retrieved due to a hardware crash while they were transferring my files.  I took the hard drive to NCS and lo and behold...  they were able to retrieve every piece of information on the drive, include 16,000 songs, 4500 pictures, 850 letters, 400 excel files, etc.  I will be forever grateful.
