They lack basic customer service skills, do not return emails in a timely manner if at all, sell below average quality leotards, cancel classes without warning, withhold paid merchandise, kick children out of class, and dicuss inappropriate topics in front of children and their parents.  Plus, this is all served up with a bad and rude attitude and the place charges too much for just about everything.  I never met 1 happy mother while I was there and everyone leaves to go to another studio, including myself.","rating":1,"date_published":"2010-25-06"}]}
