> Over the years I have been to several different gyms and done a million  work outs and this is by far the best work out and experience.  The staff is great and trainers are very enthusiastic.

> I've tried this place 2x and as much as I love the concept, both instructors gave me no direction and the class was so crowded I couldn't even find a place to do the floor exercises. I also found the "regulars" unfriendly and territorial. One lady told me I was on "her" treadmill. No thank you.
