Getting food at Petco one day we noticed they hold classes, so we signed up for the puppy 1 classes. In 6 weeks, our 5 month old puppy has learned so much through positive reinforcement. She now knows her name, sit, stay, off, come, stand, down, roll over, wait, leave it, drop it and is working on loose leash walking. Marie is a great trainer. They also have free puppy playtime where you can bring your pup in for socialization. I certainly recommend this class. The dog training classes are worth the investment for you and your dog. My puppy took part in the Puppy 1 class and has learned so much!The staff here is very friendly and knowledgable and is willing to go the extra mile to find out more information, if needed. We were having difficulty with "down" and Michaela (our class trainer) found different strategies to employ in helping my dog learn this command. It worked! The friendly people at Petco in Roseville guided me in purchasing the required supplies and they did not try to oversell. We purchased a 5 gallon fish tank with a few accessories, and my son loves it. Over the last two years, we have of course had to purchase new fish here and there, as they don't last forever.
