> I've only been here once as a guest but have a friend who goes here regularly. She likes it because they work with her on her pain management but as a fitness club I didn't like it.

> This is a one stop shop for any back or neck issues and the following rehab!! Excellent dr and physical therapists. Big pool and spa and lots of one on one training!!

> Was a member there until lifetime opened up. It was convenient / that's the only reason. Staff is friendly. For the amount you pay --the machines are old. Sanitizing wipes would not be refilled. Aged gym.
