The party staff was very accommodating. The party planner was extremely helpful. The person assigned to our group was very good with kids. She was patient and went out on the ice and played with them. The pizza tasted like home made and the frozen yogurt was a nice treat. Our party was a very good experience. While the outdoor skating rink is festive at Christmastime, playing a winter sport here is expensive and frustrating. The management's lack of loyalty to their patrons and irrational decisions leave many committed skaters frustrated. The public sessions need a lot of improvement. They are actually dangerous for little skaters as well as for new skaters. Staff on the rinks during public sessions undertrained, too young. They do not seem to understand the danger of misbehaving on the ice rink. A good place for experienced skaters though, who can take care of themselves, and, as I said earlier, for taking classes. My son finished 3 levels already and is very successful.
