Instead of extracting her upper left teeth, the dentist (Dr. Kim) extracted teeth from her left lower quadrant (teeth#17-20) instead. A total of four teeth were wrongfully extracted as a result. My mother not only has suffered tremendously from emotional pain but physical pain as well. She no longer has teeth on the whole lower left side of her mouth. The dentist had initially agreed to fix the mistake and treat her lower left quadrant as well as her upper left quadrant at no charge. Since then, my mother has attempted to schedule an appointment to get her teeth fixed but was told by management (Grace) and the owner (Dr. Kim) that they no longer want to honor the agreement. Instead they just offered a discount. I have also attempted to contact management and the owner by phone but no phone calls were ever returned.","rating":1,"date_published":"2012-25-10"}]}
