While they are a bit old fashioned, they were very open and friendly. I made a few out of the box requests as it pertained to my hearing aids and ear molds. While they weren't used to the types of requests I made, they did the best they could to accomodate my requests. The time frame given for turn around was very accurate and I was allowed to request extensive programming for my hearing aids and was accomodated with a smile and an open invitation to come back if ever I needed anything else. I believe the daughter & wife of the man owning & operating the business sit up front as the receptionist.  The Gentleman who is the dispenser is quite nice.  So once you bypass his wife and/or daughter you are in good hands, lol...Medi-cal is horrible & substandard and that sounds like part of what the issue was confirming eligability?  It also wouldn't hurt if the family members were to take a course or two in \"customer care\", but that goes for any small businesses.  The prices are very reasonable I have found.","rating":3,"date_published":"2012-12-11"}]}
