With some houses on the block vacant, we also have huge rats.  After treatment, I have had no reoccurrence of either.  The gentleman, who performed the service, was extremely helpful.  He cleaned around the eaves of the house prior to spraying, and was some one which whom I was comfortable having in my home.  The price was very reasonable. L.
