I was able to meet with an Enhance representative at Kaiser, but I also went to their store and was able to purchase swim wear.  Later when I needed a compression sleeve and glove, I was sent back to Enhance.  Although my first glove kep making my thumb go numb, Enhance quickly took care to the issue.
