We had reserved a Dodge grand caravan because we each had Chrysler mini-vans and love the space and familiarity. We got what we ordered. It was clean and operated perfectly for our 8 days there. We couldn't have been happier. The rate for the vehicle was less with Enterprise than we saw elsewhere for a minivan. We will continue to use Enterprise for future trips. My experience at Sacramento was by far substandard. The counter person just kept trying to sell my upgrades and argue with me over waiving the additional insurance, not taking advantage of the gasoline offer and not upgrading my vehicle (which was already a full size for only two people). At one point I literally had to stop the conversation and ask him why he was arguing with me about not taking the upsell. It was ridiculous. We picked up the car from the airport here in Sacramento. The young man who assisted us was really pleasant. However, he did not perform any visual inspection of the car when we drove it away. Additionally, it was covered in waterspots and the rims were filthy. I was told they are using a water saving car wash; hence, the spots. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.
