Not with Mini Pods, a live person answers the phone and then  answers all your questions.  Eva is a delight.  Great customer service.  You schedule your delivery date and 24 hours before she calls to make sure everything is still a go.  Tells you the name of the driver arriving.  He came and it was another excellent experience.  I felt very comfortable having him take the pod when it was filled.  He even called me the morning of (I was no longer living on the premise) and wanted to ask me about the extra blankets...well I used all of them and I was so touched that he called me.  I highly recommend this company.. First EVA is amazing.  You get personal service with her.
