He chose to use an eye laser medical surgery device, per direct confirmation with the U.S. Federal Drug Administration, for it's non-intended or tested purpose, making my operationmuch more risky, even though it was elective surgery. In the pre-surgery consult meeting these items were not discussed with me, so I could of aborted the surgery.
